Ways to improve client communication

My best hack is try to be always available on line. I have direct communication with my Tribe (that is how I call my amazing network of top Global Tech minds), most of them in USA but many also everywhere so there is not business time because of the different time zones.

Phone calls are too time consuming so I try to avoid them unless they are super necessary. For business communication I always prioritize video calls because the face to face communication even when sometimes miles apart is a must for me. It provides me a lot of extra knowledge about the other person and I can use my sixth sense in the assesment that is what is going to keep us always apart and stand out from the Artificial Intelligence that in the future will be coming for our jobs.
